Returns

If your item is not what you'd hoped it would be or you have changed your mind, please contact us via email at atilleyinterior@outlook.com to arrange a return. We will provide you with an address and instructions, this will be at your own cost.  Note that personalised goods cannot be returned, see below for further details. 

Personalised Items

As per UK law, personalised items are non-refundable. Please ensure that you read the description and check the spelling before placing your order.

Damaged Goods

We ensure all our goods are packed in a manner to keep them safe however accidents and events outside of our control can happen.  In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition then please contact us immediately by emailing atilleyinterior@outlook.com with photos of the issue. You should include photos of all and any damage including the packaging.  Please include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Order Number
  • Photos of the issue

Faulty Goods

As above, if anything is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately with all the details so that we can arrange to rectify any issues in a quick and timely manner.
