Delivery Information

Our items are shipped from a number of locations around the UK and your order could arrive in multiple packages. We ask that customers allow 5-7 days from order for their products to arrive. 

Personalised Products

Personalised items are typically dispatched via a 48 hour Royal Mail Service. Please note that this does not include lead time to make the items. 

Home Products 

Non-personalised home items are typically dispatched the next day (or the following Monday if ordered during a weekend), via courier service, Evri.

 

Please remember that we are a small business and there may be delays during busy periods but we aim to please and will get items to you as soon as we can.
